If you’re looking for a colorful backdrop for your engagement session, look no further than Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater in Colorado! This session with Kailey, Anthony and their doggo is the perfect example of how the right location can bring out your personality and make for some gorgeous photos. Read on to see how they embraced the beauty of nature and included their pup in the process.

Red Rocks is a breathtaking paradise filled with towering red rocks that are perfect for engagement sessions. The unique terrain makes it one of my favorite spots for engagement sessions. Additionally, it provides many different angles from which to capture beautiful shots and also allows for a lot of movement. Not to mention, it’s perfect for live music lovers like Kailey, Anthony and myself!

Kailey and Anthony were all about having fun during their shoot! They wore bright colors and styled their outfits to complement the colors of Red Rocks. Their playful vibe was contagious; they smiled, laughed and hugged each other tightly.

To complement the rustic landscape, they chose outfits with colorful yet earthy tones—think burnt oranges and forest greens. Neutral colors were also incorporated to add contrast to the vibrant colors of Red Rocks. These colors made them stand out against the rugged rocks but still blend seamlessly into the environment around them.

Engagement sessions at Red Rocks are some of my absolute favorites! Red Rocks is like a second home to me and I love when my couples feel the same. Not only did we capture some amazing photos but we all had a blast! If you’re looking for a location with stunning views, we highly recommend Red Rocks for your engagement session.
